Steph Guerra has held a variety of roles during her time in the music industry, including A&R, creative direction and project management at companies such as RCA's Keep Cool and Human ReSources and has worked with multiple award-winning artists including Lucky Daye, Charlotte Day Wilson, La Doña and Victoria Monét. Steph has maintained a through-line of helping artists develop their artistic vision for themselves whether sonically, visually or socially. Having worked at both the major label and indie levels, Steph possesses a range of experience working with artists at different stages of their careers. With a passion for pop culture and its social implications, Steph is able to help connect the dots for artists in meaningful and culturally impactful ways. As the Audience Strategy Director for the Americas at FUGA, Steph helps labels and artists identify and grow their audiences for the long term through effective social story telling and fan driven strategies.
