• I led the development and delivery of organisation-wide HR priorities, implementing solutions that supported delivery of the organisation’s strategic plan and people strategy.• I managed teams of staff, ensuring coordination and delivery of frontline services, and change projects in the areas of employment reward and policy, HR systems and metrics. I was responsible for ensuring that my team contributed to an exceptional HR service delivery which would enhance performance of the organisation. • I developed and delivered a modernised talent attraction strategy and managed projects that supported the strategy to improve the employer brand and candidate experience.• I led the delivery of a new reward strategy in 2014, including reaching trade union agreement, and ensuring that the cultural and behavioural impact of the changes are addressed. • I wrote policies to fit organisational needs and culture, taking account of employment legislation and best practice. Recent examples included: performance management, grievance and mediation, change management. I also developed a set of base employment policies to could be used and adapted as needed in a number of small subsidiary companies.• I led delivery of the organization-wide Staff Survey in 2012 and 2014; this included implementing creative communications and engagement plans. Each time we increased staff participation (by 10% in 2012, and by 14% to 81% in 2014). I helped managers in the organisation deliver changes based on staff feedback to improve staff engagement levels to some of the highest in the sector. The outputs of my team and the impact on the organisation were recognised by the Employee Engagement awards in 2016.
