Provided high quality front line communication and professional support to internal and external patients/family/professional staff in a manner which exceeded department objectives. Served as a liaison for the Security Department, physicians, referring hospitals, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and other pre-hospital care providers.

Provided 24-hour ambulance coverage for emergency 911 response and urgent patient transports. Routinely transported critically ill patients between rural hospitals and regional medical centers. Performed advanced emergency care including scene safety, patient stabilization, emergency medication administration, IV treatments, and other invasive procedures.
