Responsible for analysis, testing, design, defect reporting, documentation, and support of industry leading business automation and e-commerce solutions. Periodically worked directly with customers on a range of initiatives. Closely worked with development to maintain the functional integrity of the software suite across deployments ranging from single locations to extensive multi-store networks with back-office integration. • Lead QA testing effort of new flagship software product from inception to current and ongoing live production deployments including ongoing testing and support of patches, defect fixes, and enhancements• Responsible for e-commerce module (B2B & B2C) testing both browser based usage and integrated component application use
