I later led the CPU Cost Team, overseeing billions in annual product costs and driving cost reductions exceeding $800 million. My success came from fostering collaboration across global teams and implementing innovative strategies that redefined efficiency. As Datacenter Pricing and Deals Controller, my team drove incremental revenue by monetizing product features, crafting effective pricing strategies, and redefining unit rebates. Each role strengthened my ability to align teams, challenge traditional approaches, and maximize value through strategic decision-making.One of the most rewarding chapters of my career was as the China Corporate Strategy Office Controller. Amidst the uncertainty of a trade war, I worked closely with business units to define strategies that supported Intel's business in China.
