The following is a brief summary of Steve’s experience:Radford College - Steve joined the Radford College Board in 2014 becoming Chairman in January 2018 until December 2021 and has also held the position of Chair of the Finance Committee from 2012 until January 2018.Steve with his three boys are trustees and govern the Rachel Baker Memorial Foundation which is the cancer related foundation established as one of the legacies of Rachel. Capital Health Network - in 2021 Steve joined both the Board and Audit and Risk Committee of the Capital Health Network Continuity Capital Partners - in 2019 Steve became Chair of the CCP Compliance Committee. Triathlon Australia Limited – Steve was a Board member and Treasurer for a two year term in 2009 and 2010. Steve also held various roles including those in the Funding Committee with the Australian Sports Commission, the financial statements review committee and was involved in the selection and interview processes for key appointments including the High Performance Coach of the Australian Olympic Team.Triathlon ACT Inc – For a period of approximately five years spanning 2006 to 2010 Steve was a Committee member and Treasurer. Steve also was the key liaison with the external auditor and was involved in the recruitment and performance assessments of the Executive Officers over this period.WalterTurnbull – Following the corporatisation of WalterTurnbull from a Partnership to a Company Steve was a voted in Board Member for the WalterTurnbull board for the period 2003 to 2010.Geelong Grammar P & F Association – Steve was the treasurer for the period 2002 to 2004.
