My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing a team to drive results, implementing new systems and process, financial report analysis, and providing the best customer service. I oversee five different departments within the store; Inventory Control, Deli Production, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Subway restaurant. I am responsible for working with and continuously developing each department every day. I recruit and hire for all areas and consistently drive each department to better the store as a whole. I cross train the majority of the employees in different departments, and I am responsible for the scheduling of each department. I deal with employee’s issues that arise and also customer issues and complaints for the store. I worked closely with the regional manager to develop new efficiencies for the business and to develop my team’s opportunities.
