As a Business Development Specialist, I work to proactively increase Apple sales. By working directly with our account managers and vendor partners we are able to develop accounts and increase our market share. I maintain my expertise of Apple-specific technology by attending and delivering training developed by and created in partnership with Apple.
At Apple, The Expert is responsible for upholding the reputation of the brand. We created excellent customer experiences in sales, business relationships, training, and support. There were only a few experts to a team of 120 employees. We trained and managed small teams of 10-20 team members in product knowledge, sales goals, company vision, and customer support.
