Responsible for the management of software projects within Allied Glass and the oversight of software development staff including line managing a junior software developer. Managed software projects including major improvement to Quality Control systems. Designed and built new Business Intelligence modules using Board software and made major improvements to Allied Glass’s annual forecasting system using Visual Studio, C# and SQL Server.

Responsible for the design, specification, development, testing and production support of Allied Glass’s bespoke sales and operation planning software using C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server and Visual Basic. Projects included the design and building of a credit control system including with live interfaces with the finance system. Also successfully completed the design and building of an annual sales forecasting system and master capacity planning system which optimised production capacity, productivity and staffing levels. I was also heavily involved in creating and maintaining a stock control system which facilitates the tracking of individual items of stock across all warehouses and manufacturing sites.
