Servicing Integration/Risk & Controls

· Manage sub-serviced portfolio of $ 1 billion, 8,000 loans· Manage a team of 4 with responsibilities around hiring, training, mentoring and coaching team members· Responsible for buyback obligations tied to mortgage loan sales· Assist Capital Markets with negotiation of loan sales, interim servicing and ensure transactions are completed in accordance with contract terms.· Transaction management related to mortgage loan sales including project management, due diligence including clearing title problems, remediation of missing documents, correction of incorrect documents, collateral review and reporting· Point of contact for complaint resolution with internal senior management and sub-servicers· Monitoring relationship with sub-servicers regarding portfolio performance and strategy on a daily / monthly basis

• Supervised a team of front and back-end mortgage collectors of up to 16 full-time employees• Integrated auto-dialer and manual dialing capabilities to ensure adequate loan coverage• Maintained scheduling for collections staff and administrative specialists• Responsible for hiring, training and coaching of collection staff• Reviewed and created daily reports to monitor productivity, on call time, off call time, to achieve required daily penetration of the loans• Daily listening of calls to ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements as well as MorEquity policies and procedures• Created and maintained a required annual exam to ensure all agents knew required internal policies and procedures, along with any state or federal regulatory requirements• Approved and maintained monthly incentive results for collections unit
