Project Manager for APTwater, Inc. delivering projects along three product lines: ARo Technologies, HiPOx Advanced Oxidation and Rochem Reverse Osmosis Landfill Leachate Treatment.Constructed the first full scale ARoNite biological nitrate treatment plant. Write proposals and manage the design of the second generation ARoNite treatment system.Negotiated contracts, oversaw water treatment manufacturing and installation and startup.

Municipal Finance Consultant: Conducted Water, Wastewater and Stormwater rate consulting for municipal water agencies. Presented results to General Managers, CFOs and Board of Directors. Also performed utility valuations and impact fees.

Performed economic modeling and financial planning for large groundwater remediation projects. Performed decision tree analyses and Estimate to Complete/Earned Value Analyses.

Led an asset management study for the Camp Pendleton Utility Privatization Project

Managed the Superfund remediation and real estate transfer of a small Army base under the BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) program. Oversaw environmental consultant contracts and state regulators to remediate a 2,000 acre ammunition depot known as the Sudbury Annex to Fort Devens.
