I head up the mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), transaction support, due diligence and agreed-upon procedure engagements.At a prior firm, I was a firm recognized subject matter expert on FASB Accounting Standards Codification Topic 815: Derivatives and Hedging. I also served as a subject matter expert in Stock Based Compensation issues.
