Grace Associates was an Executive Search and Consulting Services Firm that was formed when a client, the Founder of a healthcare information technology consulting firm, retained me for two years to assist in the growth and expansion into new areas of expertise (data communications and systems integration practices). I also provided various consulting projects and market studies for the firm.I then continued to provide search services and consulting services to various clients.

I was hired by Bob Gammill ( see current role with The Gammill Group) to begin a healthcare recruiting practice. Over the next seven years we built a very strong national healthcare practice focused in both the Provider and Payer markets.
