Direct personnel and resources within the K&L Organization, identifying and managing productivity and increasing profits on Public Utility projects.

In Conjunction with other team members or individually, identify and work with property owners, farmers, Home Owner Associations, commercial and retail management, city and park departments to notify them that Duke Crews or Contract crews working on behalf of Duke Energy will be entering their property on and off right of ways. Ensure that any damage to their property and or agricultural crops is taken care of and coordinated with the restoration contractor oversight team members.In conjunction with others, assist in the coordination of all transmission work and aggregate projects to represent the best efficiencies for execution of the work in consideration of all factors having impact on the type and nature of the work. Including but not limited to: legal, engineering, budgetary goals, geography of the land, vegetation removal, environmental impact compliance and permitting, public relations, weather etc.Continually on regular and frequent bases communicate the coordination plan to those who will influence the actual execution of the work.

Expand sales territory by development and conducting Training sessions highlighting Handicap accessibility to case workers across Indiana.
