I have effective communication skills, excellent man management experience linked to project management and senior supplier surveillance, a strong customer focus, and extensive Quality background coupled with hands-on and first article inspection experience on a wide variety of aerospace components.I have worked in various roles from the shop floor through to operational and senior management, much of which has required a can-do attitude and hands on approach and liaison / guiding and management of personnel along all production levels.
