Steve Hall is founder and principal of Steve Hall Commercial, a full service commercial real estate brokerage. He is a native Texan and graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Steve has leased and sold more than 3.5 million square feet of Class A office space in his career, ranging in individual transaction size up to 625,000 square feet and with a total transaction volume exceeding half a billion dollars in consideration. Prior to launching Steve Hall Commercial in 2014, Steve served as managing director of CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners, president of Wender & Hall, LLC and senior vice president in the Trammell Crow Company's (TCC's) San Antonio office. He has had extensive experience in corporate real estate services and commercial development and has held primary responsibility for the leasing of several major office buildings, including the 72-story Bank of America Plaza in downtown Dallas, which he handled from initial construction through to 100% leased and which opened with more square footage preleased (1.1 million square feet) than any building in Dallas history. Through the 1980’s, Hall served in Dallas as vice president of the Texas subsidiary of Toronto-based Bramalea Limited, one of North America's largest diversified real estate developers. During that time, he also handled significant asset management responsibilities for Trizec Limited, a related company of Bramalea and also one of North America's largest development companies. In 2006, Steve received the "Best Land Deal" and "Best Overall Deal" awards in 2006 from the San Antonio Business Journal for two separate sale transactions totaling over $67 million in consideration. At Steve Hall Commercial, Steve manages a diverse array of transactions including corporate services, site selection, building sales and leasing, land brokerage, investment sales, landlord representation, tenant representation, buyer representation, seller representation and consulting.
