Helping companies start with the right structure, understand and address "Transfer Pricing" issues, use bilateral international tax treaties to their advantage, and know their obligations and opportunities under US and state income tax laws is just a part of my international services. Making the transition as easy and seamless as possible for the company, its owners and key personnel is an important part of my responsibilities.
