I started out working in the warehouse at United P&H Supply in 1979. I filled orders and was a back-up driver my first 7 years. I worked the counter for 5 years before moving into the office. I started doing quotes & general customer service. Now I'm in charge of purchasing of all Kohler products & various other plumbing related material. I also spend much of my day in customer service answering calls.
