Harpos FC is the top men's amateur soccer team in the country. We have made incredible runs in the US Open Cup and twice come close to knocking off the Colorado Springs Switchbacks - a professional team playing in the 2nd division of US Soccer (USL). I previously served as Head Coach from 2013 - 2016.We are the 2014 and 2015 Premier Arena Soccer League National Champion runners up (losing in a PK shootout both years). We have dominated the Rocky Mountain Division of the PASL, going 14-2 with a +71 goal differential. I was named the 2014 and 2015 Coach of the Year for the PASL-RMD. Check out our hype video below. Founding member of Colorado Spurs - Colorado's official supporters club of Tottenham Hotspur. As a founder I led the incorporation of our group as a 501(C)(3) as well as served as the original secretary. I am still a voting member of the Board of Directors. In the summer of 2015 Tottenham Hotspur came to Colorado to play the all-stars of Major League Soccer. Our group organized a toy drive for Denver Children's Hospital with a handful of players attending the event. We also organized a night at Blake Street tavern with special guests Brad Friedel and Ledley King - two Tottenham Hotspur legends. COYS!

I was hired at St. Vrain FC in January, 2008 right after graduate school. When I began, the club had 900 members and I was the only full-time employee. When I left in 2015, we had built the club to over 2000 members. I hired and led a full-time staff of 7 employees, plus 60+ part-time employees and over 250 volunteers. As Executive Director, I was also a member of the Board of Directors. Ultimately I was responsible for the bottom line of the organization. I led and managed marketing efforts, growth plans and initiatives, budgeting process and oversight, and was responsible for all hiring decisions. As a non-profit, fundraising for our scholarship program was an essential function of our organization. I negotiated field contracts with the City of Longmont and the St. Vrain Valley School District. I also negotiated club wide partnership contracts with Puma and Under Armour.
