Led R&D efforts to optimize insulation strategy, create new CIP devices, construct new form of heat transfer surface.

R&D engineer responsible for the design, development, qualification and production of thermal batteries and pyrotechnic devices for use in military applications. Worked first hand with project engineers, and purchasing managers from contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Texas Instruments, McDonnell Douglas, Raytheon, Boeing and Lucas Aerospace from the UK providing and updating project schedules and design development. Created all testing procedures, process manuals, Bill-of-Materials and drawing packages. Some notable projects were AMRAAM Compact CAS, ASRAAM, TOW and JDAM.
