A pioneering role where I have successfully led a wide range of multidisciplinary high-profile projects from concept to completion. Key achievements include:• Masterminded the strategy to reduce energy consumption and Co2 reduction in the station environment. • Implementing a fully integrated Internet of Things (IoT) with big date solutions for Industrial and commercial buildings throughout the ‘West Coast Mainline Property Estate’.• Led the digital transformation by integrating new software and systems and building the service through cloud-based reporting.• Led the successful delivery of multimillion pound Wolverhampton Interchange Project as part of the Station Master Plan and successfully directed the project handover to West Midland Trains.• Project managed the strategy to introduce energy efficient boilers including heating and ventilation systems, decommissioning end-of-life assets across all 16 stations • As project lead, pioneered project assurance by defining the operational directives for project managers to standardise ways of working.• Project managed improvements to the customer journey using benchmarks of local landmarks to drive engagement and create a more pleasant customer experience. • Led multiple projects to improve customer care including additional shelters, increased seating, renewal of Heating and Ventilation, installation of hydration units, and feasibility of Electrical Rapid Charge Points across 16 geographical locations.

Delivered high-profile station improvement projects including Coventry Station Masterplan, Coventry Foot Bridge & Canopies and Coventry Station Sub Station power supply improvements/renewal. Having led the development/delivery of board level business cases for a portfolio of assets (Investment Papers/ Position Papers), I also managed station/asset-based projects including cost management, business reviews and risk mitigation. Throughout this role, I networked with local funding sources (Local Enterprise Partnerships, Local Authorities, Transport Authorities) to improve customer experiences and explored strategic use of unused/underutilised station space by innovating station development proposals. This resulted in successful project outcomes including onboarding London Electrical Vehicle Company and increasing the station’s retail offerings including launching Marks and Spencer at Coventry Station.

Responsible for a portfolio of estate agents, I successfully broadened strategic business partnerships to include private investors and commercial clients and onboarded large maintenance contracts. By negotiating rates and driving strategic sourcing, I secured profit margins yet led 1st class maintenance services for the nationwide property sector. During the 2013 business transformation, I also took the lead in subcontractor relations by directing large-scale maintenance projects.
