• Oversee the injury management of all the players in Sri Lanka Cricket• Responsible for attending to the National Team, ‘A’ team and all junior national teams• Coordinate all investigations required, such as scans, x-ray or specialist doctors• Responsible for all staff working in the medical / physiotherapy department• Travel with the Sri Lanka national team on all home and away tours• Develop physiotherapy and medical services in regards to staff development and employment• Liaise with national selectors, the Head Coach and National Captain in regards to the injury and fitness status of players

• Oversaw the injury management of contracted players, including Sri Lankan and International players• Oversaw all fitness duties during and in the lead up to the SLPL• Provided and supervised individual gym programs and lead all warm up and recovery activities• Liaised with team owner, selectors, coach and captain regarding the fitness and injury status of players

• Assisted in the diagnosis, management and prevention of injuries to athletes• Often delivered presentations to athletes on the management and prevention of injuries• Provided physiotherapy to the Aussie Men’s Junior Volleyball team and Women’s Basketball team• Treated athletes from a number of sports, including rowing, football, swimming and athletics• Undertook an applied research project, The relationship between hip and groin strength and training load in the Men’s Football Program'

• Provided manual treatment to players, implemented injury prevention and rehabilitation programs • Designed musculoskeletal screening protocols• Attended meetings and worked alongside other members of the sports science and coaching staff
