As a Telecommunications Project Manager I currently work in trading rooms and compliance voice recording within the City of London. The trading solutions include Etrali and Open Trade and with the compliance voice recording solutions using Nice and Cybertech products such as NPX, Nice Perform and NTR. To meet the recent FSA regulation I successfully managed a number of mobile VR solutions using Voxsmart with one customer recording 2500 mobile handsets.I mainly deal with the more complex large projects for Orange or where we are dealing with clients who have very specific needs and require the project to adhere and marry into to their methodologies.As an independent professional I have had the opportunity to work globally, experiencing different cultural work practices. Without doubt I have experienced the best and the worst issues while delivering projects but to date I have never had a project fail.Therefore I have a wealth of experience both as an engineer and later as a Project Manager.

Migrated AXA from BT Managed services to Equant managed services. Including Novation of all service contracts from BT to Equant then renegotiated the services to drive the costs down.
