Steve is a co-founder and joint Managing Director of Tactical Group. He has extensive experience in the infrastructure and commercial property sectors leading large scale projects ranging from $100 million through to in excess of $1 billion in construction value. Specialising in ports-related civil infrastructure, linear civil infrastructure, industrial and commercial office, he leads Tactical’s Industry and Infrastructure Team.Steve has a broad technical and commercial skill set founded upon a background in architecture and law enabling him to offer a well-rounded approach to complex projects with a high degree of attention and detail. Steve’s core strengths lie in stakeholder management with development consent authorities, utility suppliers, environmental agencies, road and rail authorities and operators, client representation during consultation, procurement and contract negotiations with legal advisers, consultants, contractors and authorities.Additionally, Steve has a long history of stewardship in the sustainability of built assets having sat on the Assessment Panel for the Green Building Council of Australia and Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia.
