I am working with the VP team to establish a new division of the company in the cutting-edge interventional neuroradiology marketplace, with the aim of bringing new products to the U.K.

I was leading the U.K. team, which had recently expanded, and promoting the highly-innovative products supplied by WallabyPhenox. This included the cutting edge HPC technology for flow diversion procedures.

Moving into a Regional Management position in this dynamic and ever-expanding company allowed me to develop my skills, resulting in the Northern Region hitting its target. I also took over a national clinical role to offer support to the team.

I was tasked with helping to establish this small but innovative company as an independent entity in the U.K., as it transitioned from having its products promoted via distributors. This was successfully achieved.

As an award-winning and top performing member of the sales team, I routinely hit targets by promoting innovative products to treat haemorrhagic & ischaemic stroke. Areas of focus included flow diversion, AVM treatment, and intrasaccular technology.

I specialised in promoting the treatment of ischaemic stroke and focused on the innovative catheter technology within the company, allowing me to hit target and increase my knowledge of this expanding branch of medicine.

Having worked successfully in the field of neurosurgery, I moved across to the dynamic and exciting field of Neurointervention. Gaining knowledge in new treatment areas such as flow diversion & mechanical thrombectomy allowed me to achieve significant back-to-back annual growth.

As an award-winning, top performing member of the Neurospine division for this highly successful distributor, I hit target each year, dealing primarily with neurosurgeons, but also spinal orthopaedic surgeons.

I initially worked for Sulzer promoting orthopaedic implants such as replacement hips, knees, shoulders, & elbows before an acquisition by Zimmer. Having maintained constant growth, I moved to Biomet’s fledgling spinal surgery division to increase my knowledge of the orthopaedic marketplace. This included interactions with neurosurgeons.

I started as a Graduate Sales Trainee in the orthopaedic division and quickly made my way to Territory Sales Manager, where I hit target and maintained high levels of growth. I specialised in the treatment of hip and knees, focussing on the complex revision knee surgery marketplace.
