SENIOR RISK CONTROLProvide safety consultant services, technical support to customers, identify exposures with significant loss potential, investigate of cause/effect of major losses & hazard/safety management programs. Collaborate with underwriting. Conduct on-site surveys/property inspections to evaluate risk exposures. Schedule appointments for inspections, defined by types of inspection/geography to maximize productivity & quality. On larger property schedules, coordinate the inspection of all locations in other territories as needed. Communicate findings to underwriters, agents, & insureds. Input data into the Marshall & Swift BVS, RCT systems & evaluate output for consistency. Provide training (both classroom and field) to less experienced employees & evaluate the effectiveness through periodic report and file reviews. Served as a regional consultant covering the following States: Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan.
