I have experience with the installation of Attachmate, .NET Framework, and proprietary C++ and C# software. I have experience troubleshooting network connectivity including firewall and proxy issues using a remote connection or discussion over the phone and troubleshooting general PC issues including crashing, hanging, slowdown, and software conflicts using a remote connection or discussion over the phone.
