In 2001, started division, building from the ground up with 5 employees, buying equipment, developing processes, hiring and training personnel, selling and creating marketing material. Continuously grew sales, lowered cost, increased margins and expanded into a second production facility in Salt Lake City. Coordinated the integration of a third division in Cincinnati with a disparate product line and sales process and built a sales program that sold the full product line of the products, building upon the market presence of both divisions.

Thomasville, Nc

VP of sales and General Manager over three divisions selling ducting, dust collectors, and wood waste grinders. Coordinated the sales of dust collection and ducting while also driving each separately. Simultaneously managed the disparate sale in the grinder division. Turned the company from a continuous unprofitable extension of a Danish company into an efficient and profitable company. Took a previously unknown and specialty product (clamp together ducting) and turned it into an industry standard with national distribution.
