Oversight of the Disbursements, Reallocations, and Controls functions within Annuities. My position focuses on the development of associates handling money out and reallocation transactions. While also managing offshore teams, de-escalation of calls/cases, and partnering across different areas to identify opportunities to simplify or enhance the customer experience.-Develop new controls for Disbursements, Reallocations, and Contract Maintenance to help prevent gaps in our systems.-Lead weekly meetings to share team updates and innovate new ideas to create efficiencies.-Conduct training sessions, interviews, and manage payroll in Workday.-Manage audits, projects, system testing, and guidelines for Disbursements, Reallocations, and Contract Maintenance.

I was responsible for coordinating and facilitating the roll-out of a new web based scheduling software within the Pennsylvania Division. I held meetings and training sessions with employees and store management to effectively teach the new software and allow managers to be successful with scheduling their employees.Key Accomplishments:-Successfully implemented the Labor Pro software to every PA Wegmans.-Cut management scheduling time hours by 50%.

I was responsible for overseeing the staffing, scheduling, training and development of a team of Cashiers and Helping Hands employees. I would document and deliver annual performance reviews for my team along with responding to customer and employee requests for assistance around the store. I would provide incredible customer service by assisting the Service Desk and other Front End departments with any customer concerns using judgment to satisfy customers.

As an Accounting Representative I managed all the cash in the registers. Responsible for balancing cash reserve, cleaning registers to start with a fresh balance the next work day and distributing employee paychecks. Responsible for reporting the store's hourly income to all department managers.

I assisted PSSP with Penn State Street Festival, corporate hospitality, game-day promotions on the field and in the press box, and interact with sponsor administrators during football games. Distributed marketing research survey during all football weekends to provide information on geographics and demographics of Penn State's fan base. I analyzed data in SPSS using descriptive statistics, regression, and cross tabulations.
