Jacksons Landing

Working on the landmark 35 ha mixed use residential development Jacksons Landing in Sydney with 1500+ apartments, retail, commercial and heritage properties. - Responsible for the handover management of each stage from the builder/developer to the owners corporation and setting up the maintenance programs for each strata plan. - Act as the estate management representative for 10 executive committees- Manage the defect liability periods for each stage- Implement the asset management strategies and support the sinking fund planning - Procurement and contractor management- Lend Lease CEO's Award for Customer Service Excellence in 2007

City Quarter, Camperdown

On Site Facilities Manager for residential re-development of Camperdown Childrens Hospital - City Quarter (originally by Sterling and then taken over by Frasers).- Acting us the Estate Manager for 800 apartments responsible for the FM services delivery- Supporting the property management function of the developer including lease management and sales and marketing of new apartments- Self delivery of some planned and reactive maintenance tasks
