I worked with a team to process rebates for a large utility consortium. This included gaining a strong familiarity with each program's specific products, testing program validations, identifying and reporting program issues, completing special projects as assigned by the account manager, and training others on specific programs.

I used in-house software to process claims for mail-in rebates and ensured the proper result of each claim. I trained others on the processing software and identified and reported system issues to other departments.

I prepared files for scanning, then I scanned them, made sure they went into the database correctly, and then filed them.

I work primarily as an assistant to Professor Brian Fuller. This involves administrative things like getting his mail, sharpening his pencils, etc. It also includes working on his film projects; shooting, capturing, logging, transcribing, and editing footage. The other part of my job is to help students with equipment and help them learn Avid Media Composer.

I interned during the Spring of 2008, and I am currently on call to come in when they need extra help. My work has consisted of sorting through footage, editing short videos, and helping out on shoots.

I scanned, entered, and organized client service reports and calibration reports. I also processed and entered workers' time sheets.
