Current• Provide customer support for an extensive product line via phone and email through customer relationship management (CRM) software. Duties include answering product questions, advanced troubleshooting of product, order inquires/changes, shipping information, warranties, returns, etc.• Respond to all comments and direct messages on the company Facebook (57,000+ followers) and Instagram (100,000+ followers) accounts in a personal and timely fashion.• Manage all Amazon marketplace inquiries, returns, and warranties for 9,100+ active listings.• Consult with the engineering and product development teams to adequately respond to changing trends within the automotive aftermarket lighting segment. Provide feedback to address potential troubleshooting that may arise with any new product releases or changes to any existing product lines.• Provide feedback to the marketing and website team to assist in more accurate website listings, installation guides, etc, in an effort to field fewer common email and phone call inquiries.• Attended the 2015-2018 SEMA exhibitions as a company representative to exhibit new products, answer questions, and recruit show attendees into the wholesale program.• Member of the SEMA Young Executives Network (2014-present).
