Prior to downsizing, Lionshare Lending was a start up bridge loan lender focused on matching borrowers with their best options among hard money lenders. My role was to create relationships between Lionshare and borrowers, lenders, agents and brokers. My goal was to find lending solutions that benefited our clients while creating recurring revenue streams for the company. I focused on a grass roots marketing strategy by pro actively introducing myself and Lionshare as a valued strategic partner to the commercial real estate investment community. Lionshare Lending, a start up company, reorganized their sales department in October, 2018 for business purposes.

On a referral basis, I represented 5 of the most sought after cemeteries in the greater Los Angeles area including Groman Eden, Eternal Valley, and Valley Oaks. I specialized in partnering with legal, financial, and medical professionals to form a mutually beneficial relationship in which their clients and ours became one. I was proud to offer service to individuals of all denominations and religious backgrounds who sought to do advance planning for funeral and cemetery arrangements for themselves or their loved ones.

I managed a wide geographic territory in which I trained and educated indirect agents selling Verizon FiOS through their Verizon Wireless store.

I supervised a team of 40 Customer Service Representatives assisting current and prospective Notaries Public to continue their education and purchase needed supplies. Participated in a pilot project in which sales were increased through outbound calling.

I managed a team of lead setters and telemarketers that solicited appointments for our Design Consultants. Also, developed a new method of scheduling appointments using zip codes and preferred territories.

I managed in-house promotion programs for the general business channel and the retail channel that increased employee motivation through recognition of high achievement.
