SMRS - ManchesterWorked on a number of high profile clients such as BSKYB, Manchester Business School, Liverpool City Council, Swinton Group Ltd, Iceland and Northumbria University. Responsible for taking briefs from clients, planning campaigns, providing media recommendations and liaising with Creative Department. Have extensive experience in advertising across a myriad of media including, press, radio, online, leaflets, outdoor, Search Engine Marketing and digital media.Have extensive knowledge of a variety of software applications including Nielsen Media Research and Google Adwords.

Worked to targets selling Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), gained further experience in the sales arena.

Worked on both inbound and outbound campaigns for high profile clients such as O2 and BSKYB. For the last six months of my employment I was working as Acting Assistant Manager on the Sky inbound campaign, and, due to long term illness of my manager, managed the team for long periods of time.

Originally worked as an part time administrator in the Training team of the Personnel Department whilst I was studying for my A-Levels. After I finished college I moved on to the Recruitment team on a full time basis. Tasks included reviewing CVs and application forms, co-ordinating recruitment events and interviews, liaising with agencies and creating a weekly report for the board of Directors.
