Legacy Solar Cooperative works with Wisconsin residents and businesses to grow solar electricity generation through Consulting, Investments, and Financing. Cooperative members have access to reduced Consulting fees and unique ways to support solar generation and reduce greenhouse emissions.

Creating, developing, and delivering internal training across North America for Treasury Payments and Solutions. Contributed to Change Management teams introducing new Products to all segments from small business to large corporations. Created and delivered a training program designed to assist Treasury Professionals and Bankers during a large merger event. Significant Contributor and Leader in planning and executing National Sales Conferences in each of the last 4 years

Steadily increasing responsibilities from Cash Management Sales, Regional Sales Leader, to Commercial Sales Manager (managing a team of 4 Regional Sales Leaders and 23 Sales Team Members). Either led or played major role on the Rate and Price Committees, the Marketing Team, Commercial Senior Leadership, Large Loan Review Board, and Product Planning. Designed the product launch plan for Remote Deposit Capture. Direct involvement in selecting Cash Management Vendors and contract negotiation. Primary Leadership Contact with internal training team to develop curricula supporting sales. Leadership role in design and implementation of Annual Sales Conferences.

Worked directly with the National Sales Manager to create supporting material for all life insurance and annuity products. During this time, I created several Regional Sales Counsels to provide direct feedback from the field to the home office thus leading to more effective support.

WHEDA was an $11 B housing Authority who received funding from the sales of municipal and taxable bonds. As Treasury Officer (with a team of 3) we managed the daily cash from more than 100,000 mortgages and used every Treasury Management Service available. Being on the "buyers" side led to a life long appreciation of the complexities of daily operations and how Bank services should solve issues, not add roadblocks. I was an active participant in several Bond Issuance Teams each year.
