SpeedPro Imaging is a franchisor is the large format graphics industry. The company focuses on finding the right individuals to join our brand and then to help get their businesses profitable as soon as possible. My role within SpeedPro was to oversee franchise sales and the operations of the Home Office. I took a hands-on approach to finding areas for growth and improvement; identifying the best solutions and work with our team to implement the changes. One of my primary objectives was the constant improvement of franchisee's unit level economics. To do this, I implemented the tools SpeedPro franchisees needed to grow their businesses both from a top and bottom line perspective. Additionally, I monitored our progress and competition to ensure that all goals are met, re-evaluating and adjusting them as needed.

Mountain Ridge Capital is an entrepreneurial investment firm focused on investing in and operating a business on the Colorado Front Range. MRC was created with the intent to purchase a company with with upside potential based on cultural, operational and financial improvements. While at MRC, I performed due diligence on hundreds of potential acquisitions in franchise, manufacturing and distribution industries. My primary duties included analyzing strategic growth initiatives, financial modeling & enterprise valuation and competitive analysis. In April of 2014 MRC acquired Speedpro USA. I joined the acquired company to augment the management team with a focus on building long-term, sustainable growth and profitability.

Vessel Ltd. Acquired/Managed & Maintained Multi-family apartment complexes in Metro Denver, CO. We updated properties to high level of efficiency with respect to profitability, unit readiness and physical appearance. I interacted daily with tenants, contractors and vendors. I ensured local municipality requirements, legal obligations and needs of special tenants were satisfied. Rendezvous Bagel & Café: Owner/Operator (June 2008 – March 2009)Foretasted personnel and material requirements. Procured materials and maintained real-time inventory. Avionic Shop: ComNav Supervisor (Jan 2003 – July 2006)Supervised 17 maintenance technicians (Marines). Responsible for communication, navigation and radar maintenance on 12 F-18 jets (valued at $480 million). Avionic Technician (July 2001 – Jan 2003) – Security Clearance: Secret Troubleshot, scheduled and performed highly technical maintenance and installation procedures. Kept inventory of Parts on hand and foretasted future personnel and equipment requirements. Maintained equipment to high standards of functionality and safety for USMC during wartime operations in Iraq. Maintained flexibility during frequent changes in priorities within a high stress environment.Deployed for operations in: Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Japan, Thailand, Australia & Guam.
