With over 20 years of customer service experience in the domestic and commercial appliance industry, I have a strong passion for training, development, and leadership, as well as a proven track record of delivering industry-leading customer service and technical excellence.As a certified gas fitter across three countries and a holder of a restricted domestic electrical licence in Australia, I have a deep understanding of gas, plumbing, and maintenance. I also have skills in customer service management, team building, and operations management, which enable me to inspire and support large teams of experienced service technicians, as well as to create delightful experiences for Miele's customers.
