With deep expertise in Appalachian Basin geology and unconventional resources, I provided strategic insights to enhance field performance, contributed to long-term development success, while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

As a Staff Operations Geologist, I provided geological support throughout the drilling process, focused on well placement and optimized resource recovery within the Appalachian Basin (Marcellus, Utica-Point Pleasant, and Upper Devonian). My responsibilities included real-time monitoring of drilling operations, geosteering, and analyzing subsurface data such as well logs and cuttings to ensure accurate drilling within target zones. I collaborated with engineers, geophysicists, and field teams to guide well planning and execution, contributed to the success of exploration and production efforts. With strong expertise in geosteering and drilling techniques, I helped to drive operational efficiency while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

After a company restructuring, I continued to complete the duties noted in my previous role. I also gained the responsibility of mentoring less experienced staff.
