• Customize individual training plan for Asia Pacific new joiners to achieve a smooth onboarding experience• Discuss team members’ training needs with internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate and execute internal and external training programs • Train and coach new consultants in learning, developing and delivering business courses (train the trainers)• In line with team objectives, support regional teams by defining processes, and transfer knowledge

• Prepare and deliver in one or more languages a range of courses on SWIFT messages to external customers, adapt to their needs, using educational principles and techniques• Contribute and/or provide expertise to the update of courses, recommend and/or execute improvements on courses based on customer feedback • Promote the training and consulting portfolio within the region (establish and maintain communication links with the Asia Pacific Sales and Markets teams) so as to contribute to sales targets • Meet with customers to understand detailed level needs and requirements • Prepare proposals and project plans, and make recommendations on best practice solutions

• Liaise with line manager and develop varies learning programs• Establish and maintain relationship with business line by fulfilling its training needs• Provide internal training to internal staffs in different geographic regions • Design training curriculum for newly hire staffs

• Design and deliver of relationship and system learning solutions to frontline staffs• Serve a board training population from Personal Financial Services to Commercial Banking segments • Travel within asia pacific region for training consultancy and course delivery• Conduct training needs analysis and maintain close customer contact

• Promote insurance and investment products including Life & Health Insurance, Mutual Funds and Saving Plans • Prospect, present and provide financial solutions to cold market• Participate in social events, roadshows and seminars• Provide individual and corporate clients with clear financial advice• Establish client base from sketch and managed client relationship
