Decker Aviation Services, LLC is owned and operated by Steven Decker and offers consulting and oversight of new aircraft completions, refurbishment projects, and maintenance packages for aircraft owners, flight departments, and management companies. Steven began his career in Aviation in 1989 as a Helicopter Mechanic in the military. In addition to military aviation, Steven has worked for Gulfstream Aerospace for the last 15 years in the roles of mechanic, Service Center Coordinator on the business side, as a Service Team Manager managing refurbishment projects on G3, G4s, G5, G450s, and G550s, and for the last 5 years as a Customer Program Manager. As a Customer Program Manager, Steven has delivered over 35 new aircraft to very happy customers from all over the world including G450s, G550s, and G650s. Steven has traveled to many countries for meetings with customers and authorities and understands what is required to meet those countries requirements. Steven has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science with a concentration in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a FAA Pilot license, a FAA A&P Mechanic license, and a FAA Inspection Authorization.
