Devops Engineer
Current• Maintain and optimize our CI/CD pipeline for efficient software delivery.• Perform server patching, upgrades, and ensure high security.• Write, modify, and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation scripts.• Utilize Terraform, AWS SDK, AWS CLI/UI, kops, and Ansible for AWS infrastructure provisioning and configuration.• Build and configure Kubernetes Clusters to enable auto-scaling and load balancing.• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible with Dynamic Inventory.• Monitor our entire infrastructure using New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK/ELK.• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.• Act as an escalation point to resolve tickets opened by junior engineers.• Write and modify Dockerfiles for efficient containerization.• Design and implement complex CI/CD pipelines, leveraging interconnected tools for seamless automation.• Propose changes to enhance our CI/CD configuration and automation processes.• Ensure the resilience and high security of our applications in a dynamic environment.• Recommend and introduce new technologies/tools to drive innovation and efficiency.• Attend seminars, training, and conferences for continuous learning and improvement.• Plan and create server builds through VMware, VirtualBox, and AWS Cloud, managing hostname allocation, IP addresses, and DNS addresses for Windows servers.• Create Virtual Private Computers (VPCs) and their components when necessary.• Install and configure web/application Servers such as JBoss/Wildfly, Nginx, WebSphere, Apache, and Tomcat.
