Receive and respond to HR inquiries and requests from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners about transactions in Workday, onboarding, data changes and requests, special projects, and will work with subject matter experts in all areas of HR.Log calls and cases in Service Now, creating detailed and succinct case notes and documentation.
