Receive and respond to HR inquiries and requests from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners about transactions in Workday, onboarding, data changes and requests, special projects, and will work with subject matter experts in all areas of HR.Log calls and cases in Service Now, creating detailed and succinct case notes and documentation. Own cases all the way through to resolution, consulting other areas of HR as appropriate. Provide excellent customer service.Escalate issues to HRBPs when appropriate.Provide project support to the HR team as needed such as acquisitions and organization design workProvide administrative support to HR such as maintenance of physical employee files, conducting exit interviews, and facilitating benefits orientations.l Assist with onboarding new Deluxe employees by following up on and processing onboarding materials.

Onboarding new hires, creating offer letters, launching background checks, initiating I-9's, and conducting benefits orientations for the new hires. Supporting business partners with report requests for their functions and answering questions about benefits and what our company policies for their teams. Enter in data changes for employees when there are any changes to their job or information, example promotions, transfers, pay adjustments, and creating new hires. Conduct exit interviews and assist with entry level recruiting.

Taking on phone calls from businesses and taking our clients' reorders. While taking the reorders, I will be cross-selling and up-selling other products that Deluxe carries. It is a fast-pace working environment trying to meet teams' goals for sales and making sure that our customers are hanging up happy. It is a multitasking position where you're talking to the customer, while pulling up their information and reviewing there order history with the company.Assisting customers ordering online through our Deluxe Website through our chat function. Keeping them on the website versus calling in their order.
