Steven Frank is a partner in the Transaction Advisory Services at Forvis Mazars. Steven has over 22 years of public accounting experience, including more than 19 years of transaction advisory services experience. He focuses primarily on the execution of buy-side and sell-side due diligence for clients in a variety of industries within this growing practice of the firm. Steven assists corporate buyers and private equity groups navigating complicated transactions with a focus on middle market transactions. Although serving multiple industries, Steven's primary industry focus includes, software and technology, telecommunications, business services, manufacturing & distribution and franchise related businesses. He has gained significant transaction experience through providing advisory services for over 500 transactions ranging in size from two million to more than two billion dollars.Before joining FORVIS, Steven was with a Big Four firm in Charlotte where in the transaction advisory services practice, he led financial and accounting due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital analysis and quality of net asset analysis.Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Association for Corporate Growth.
