Earlier in my career, I spent several years at McKinsey & Company. I have a proven track record of building diverse teams, driving transformation, and implementing strategic initiatives. I have been recognized for developing and implementing growth strategies, complex operational change management programs, cash flow improvements, and M&A planning. I earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
