PFSweb is an ever changing, fast paced outsourcing ecommerce provider for some of the world’s leading brands. As a part of the server team I am responsible for 230 servers, a third of which are web facing. Our servers range from domain controllers, web, SQL, file and print, application, NAS, AIX and infrastructure servers. We maintain an every third week on-call rotation to ensure uptime of our onsite datacenter. My focuses are on server builds, IIS website creation, FTP sites and administration, SSL generation through VeriSign for public websites and daily audits to maintain PCI compliance. Helped developers troubleshoot website code, ASP, and ASP.NET errors. I have done permission based Share Point administration. Worked closely with senior DBA to backup and restore databases and failover SQL clusters for patching.
