High Commission of Canada to Singapore——Responsible for a variety of portfolios - consular assistance to Canadians, chancery and staff quarters property and security management, emergency planning, financial management, and HR management. Highlights include planning and supervision of a significant chancery reconfiguration project, management of both leased and crown-owned staff quarters for 20+ Canada-based officers (including the Official Residence), staff quarters renovation/refit projects, renegotiation of the High Commission’s security services contract, High Commission of Canada to Brunei——Responsible for providing administrative and consular advice and assistance to the High Commission of Canada in Brunei via both remote means from Singapore and regular in-person visits.Highlights include supervision of a significant chancery security upgrade project and two separate stints as Canada’s Chargé d’Affaires in Brunei.
