- Work closely with DCO & COO to develop shared vision for the future of the organization.- Develop goals and strategies to establish operational objective and policies.- Direct, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and activities to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.- Accountable for P&L performance of all Divisions.- Develop and lead a strong team of operations professionals who can deliver results for customers while following the companys values.- Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with trade-contractors, suppliers, distributors, and other organizational entities as needed.- Review and take action on reports submitted by division members to recommend approval or to suggest changes.- Appoint project managers and assign or delegate responsibilities accordingly.- Work with HR to manage needs and to select, Project Managers and below.- Keep employees informed as to company/department plans and progress. - Review and approve cost estimates, employment needs, and overhead for the Divisions. - Collaborate with the CEO to implement the companies Vision and other elements of the strategic plan.- Identify and lead the development of systems and processes that will enable the division to continue to grow exponentially.- Meet frequently with business development leaders to discuss goals, current operations and future plans.- Identify and develop people management processes.- Participate in business development as requested by CEO.- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers.- Manage day to day operations of the division.- Work with the Director of Corporate Operations to ensure appropriate systems and resources are in place including development, training processes, policy development and division forecasts.- Responsibility to optimize staff efficiency for the division.- Mentor and provide opportunities for individual career growth.
