Current- HR Management: Oversee benefits administration, recruitment and hiring processes, and employee relations. Using a DEI lens, develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, oversee accounting and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace. Manage vendors, contracts, and maintenance. - IT Support: Manage IT functions, maintain office equipment and software, and support the onboarding of new technologies. - Board Liaison: Serve as a liaison to various board committees, providing updates and recommendations.
