● Events Training: Developed a curriculum for new event coordinators and assistants tolearn how to use our proprietary photo software. Responsible for continuing trainingcourses in a field with multiple niche setups and programs on Windows-basedcomputers in tandem with Canon cameras.● Events Staffing: Executing over 350 events per year, I was responsible for staffingteams based on the needs of each specific event. Teams range from 2 - 20+ staffmembers and the jobs work internationally at all hours. Additionally, I reviewed potentialnew hires, arranged interviews and ultimately decided on who would be a good fit for theteam. I also hosted and scheduled monthly meetings for all event staff.● Onsite Event Manager: Taking lead of all onsite duties including client communication,guest satisfaction, staff management, photo output quality using our in-house proprietarysoftware, and technical maintenance on international projects with contracts rangingfrom $1.5k - $75k+.● Customer Support Agent: Assisted customers via ticketing system, over the phone,and via screen-sharing software to troubleshoot issues in real time, often while they wereonsite getting ready for events and panicking. Other responsibilities were videodocumentation and publishing user guides.● Graphics and Software Testing: QC and test graphics for photo activations using thecompany’s specialized in-house photo software

I use Ableton, Adobe Premiere, and Da Vinci resolve to produce, edit, and master assortedmedia, including podcasts, web series, dialogue for video games, and Instagram reels.

Ensured the discipline and safety of my own class of +/- 20 elementary school students at afterschool programs around the Glendale Unified School District and was responsible for providinglesson plans, keeping students on task with their homework, and overall made sure none ofthem ate each other
