Current responsibilities are to manage inventory request for two regional distribution centers to twenty five market warehouse locations weekly. Charged with reviewing demand planning reports to verify accuracy in projections and review vendor open purchases to determine supply for just in time shipments as needed. Inform regional hub leadership about changes in forecasted connects, disconnects, and equipment issuance's to maintain seven weeks of supply in the market warehouses and technician truck inventory.

Responsibilities are to coordinate purchases for both regional and company wide activity for customer premise equipment, fleet, information technology, facilities, and tech-ops categories. Act as a primary contact to educate, assist, and train internal customers with new purchase requests to ensure that they are entered correctly, within approved allocated budget tolerances, and in compliance with TWC policies and procedures. Work with requested vendors to provide RFQ’s and other supporting documentation to gain the most competitive pricing available for the purchase of goods or services.

Trained in close proximity with design/deployment teams to implement new SAP platforms with a centralized focus on indirect purchasing, materials management, supplier relationship management, and business intelligence modules. Understanding of business/accounting—receivables, invoicing.
